Exactly. I’m in my 30s so I’ve been downloading ROM files for literally 20+ years and so I have a good amount and am pretty confident about where to get more if I should need them, but I would NOT want to try and have my mom, who can barely check her email if requested, try and do it.

Yeah I mean going back to when the Emmys were created, if there weren’t separate actor/actress categories then men would win every single award (or at least like 95%). I’d like to think that that wouldn’t be the case now, a quarter into the 21st century, but I also don’t know if I want to find out.

I don’t know since I haven’t seen any of those, but the comedy/drama split has never made a lot of sense. If I remember correctly, shows choose the categories they submit themselves in and I have no idea if there’s any validation past that. So if that’s the case, it’s a combination of what a show wants to be perceived

You mean Bella Ramsey? Yeah I don’t know. It’s a categorization issue - either the Emmys refer to them as an “actress” and ignore their non-binary identity, refer to them as an “actor” and do the same (despite the term “actor” not being gendered, the category is), or not nominate them for anything. If I were Ramsey

I have a friend who somehow goes through controllers like water, I don’t know what he’s doing but he’ll get the high-dollar Elite Xbox controllers and use them until they die (and then replace them). If he and no one else told me that his Joy-cons were drifting, I’d buy that it’s a user issue. But it’s definitely not

Nah man, I NEVER have controller problems (I don’t play games as much as a lot of people and I have small hands) but even my Joy-cons started to drift eventually. It’s a design problem and Nintendo has even admitted it.

Agree with the Power Rangers movie - the characters (especially Billy) felt a lot more realistic and relateable as kids than the original TV versions and I loved the visuals. Plus they got Bryan Cranston as Zordon! I know that it was a nod to his time on the show and it’s realistically not his most impressive acting

Like half of the Star Trek movies, The Naked Gun, The Simpsons Movie, The Fugitive, Mission Impossible (I’ve never actually seen the MI show or any of the movies but they keep making them so some of them have to be good), the 90s Addams Family Movies, The Brady Bunch Movie, etc.

I think it’s funny that by the time Generations was made to “pass the torch” onto the TNG cast, fully half of the characters had already appeared on the show (Bones, Scotty, Spock, plus half credit for Sarek). Hell, the last TOS movie came out a year after Picard was assimilated by the Borg (a fact that’s easy to

Yeah I don’t think it would be nearly as much of an issue if the exact same looking candies/other edibles were packaged in a way that doesn’t make them look like they are or are associated with popular brands.

If the feds want to regulate weed like this, it occurs to me that they should federally legalize it - it wouldn’t suddenly make it legal everywhere, but it would allow for the people who are currently able to legally buy it do so with credit cards and the people who are currently able to legally sell it do so with

Oh nice, I didn’t know that.

I barely used the horse in either game because it was just never there - stables are great for resting and for registering a newly caught horse, but if I’m out and about it would be considerably better if the horse could just teleport to me. I often find times when I’m like “I would ride my horse this distance if it

I can’t think of a single time in Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom where having a dedicated whistle button to call my horse was useful. I would have been totally ok with that being grouped in with the other rune (BotW) or hand (TotK) abilities.

How has it taken this long for me to realize she’s Kirk Cameron’s sister

I dunno about this, I feel like there’s more than enough ambiguity here that I’d want the assumption to be the one that doesn’t consist of agreeing to something. Like, that it’s an emoji isn’t really material - it could just have easily been an in-person thumbs up or head nod or whatever else. If one person says “I

I bought a new car in 2012 and in the last 11 years I’ve put over 130,000 miles on it. I could have bought a used car but when you know you’re going to stick with it for a while, having the extra assurance from lack of previous drivers/miles and the extra warranties associated with new cars can often be worth the

Admittedly I don’t follow it, but from what I’m seeing, Chestnut beat Kobayashi in the Nathan’s contest in 2007, 2008, and 2009 (dunno about other events). And I’m not criticizing Kobayashi for not signing an exclusive contract but that’s hardly Chestnut’s fault, his wins aren’t illegitimate.

I mean, it’s his job. Nobody likes their job all the time.

He’s beaten Kobayashi multiple times. And besides, it’s not Chestnut’s fault if Kobayashi is no longer taking part.
