I think that’s in reference to the people who say things like “a glass of wine a day is good for my heart, actually” when do you really think that or do you just want an excuse to have some wine?

All this is saying is that doing that is still bad for you, not that you can’t decide to still do it if you want to. Below certain amounts the harm is pretty negligible, but it’s not zero either (nor is it improving your health).
Exactly. People are like “doctors want me to stop drinking, no way” but I don’t think most people actually thought before that drinking was improving their health. This is just saying that it’s always unhealthy and you should be aware it’s always unhealthy, but you can still do it. Like you said, we do other unhealthy…
Yeah in my experience if I want something else always displayed, it usually isn’t as important to me as my browser, so I don’t want to split it half/half. But people are going to have different preferences and that’s fine.
I mean, I don’t know if I’ll actually try the mod since my PC is pretty old these days. But if I upgrade my PC, I’ll have even less money to buy a VR rig, so...
As someone who really enjoyed Half-Life 2 and its two episodes, the thing I would enjoy the most and 99% of the reason I’d play it is to see and play in that world again and to continue the story. I get that a lot of the gameplay in it is based around VR and that’s fine but not why I’d be playing.
Never really got around to trying out Circles, I don’t have enough Twitter followers and I don’t tweet often enough to be worth it. I assumed that they weren’t private to begin with, that they’d still be on your profile for everyone to see if they went looking, but obviously having them appear on people outside of the…
Unless you’re a gay man, of course
I’m a millennial and I love milk. I drink it (whole milk, to be clear) pretty much every day. I used to go through a gallon a week by myself, but I’ve since cut down to a half gallon a week. I use it in cereals or just a sip here or there (I only really pour myself a glass if I’m eating something like a PB&J…
I love steak fries, but I also like raw potatoes so whatever
I’m realizing from the replies that the PS5 (which I’ve never played) brought in a lot of haptic feedback improvements. I hadn’t realized that the newest gen already advanced so far from simple rumble, which is pretty much the entirety of what I was referring to.
I mean, I feel like we’re more likely to get more Mario movies before any of these. They already have the Mario models created, a lot of the style and direction for the world decided, and the main cast done (whether you like them or not). So they can use that to make another Mario-centric adventure movie (Mario…
I’ve always thought Airdrop is a neat idea, but it’s not something I’ve ever actually found myself wishing for on Android or Windows. I don’t have much that I need to share with friends (most of whom are on iPhones anyway) and if it’s just sharing files between devices, I usually just use Google Drive or something…
No, this isn’t actually AirDrop and it isn’t compatible with it. So between Android devices and Windows PCs (and probably Chromebooks as well), you can use Nearby Share and between iOS devices and Macs, you can use Airdrop.
Fair, that’s one I haven’t experienced.
Let’s be honest, how many players actually want controller haptics? And that includes what’s already there - I remember force feedback being a big deal in the 90s when it was introduced but has it stood the test of time? I don’t remember the last time I noticed my controller rumbling because either I’m using a…
If it’s just the one line, it shouldn’t be hard for him to give a convincing take in about any language with proper guidance and practice. Like Vin Diesel doing “I am Groot” in every language (though he has to do it in several intonations, so it’s still a lot of work).
I do a lot of takeout and whether I tip there varies. Some places it feels like you’re really making more work for them when you get takeout, others just put your food on a shelf and have people take what’s their’s based on the honor system. Except for the local Chinese restaurant, I always tip there because it’s good…
