The first google result says 1380 but now I’m seeing 1880. Maybe a mistake or only a specific variety, I dunno. It’s not on KFC’s website yet.

Looks like it has about 1300 mg of sodium, well below the daily recommended 2300 mg. Just don’t eat any sides with it (or really much else during the day) and you should be fine.
When the Double Down was initially released, literally the first day it was available, I went to the local KFC with two of my roommates (we were all in college at the time). We each ordered a Double Down and, the only customers in the dining room, ate them straight away.
My air fryer is a toaster but that’s because I bought the combination air fryer/toaster oven. Also I have a dedicated pop-up toaster (which is great for plain bread and Pop Tarts but less so for anything that needs to sit horizontally).
Honestly this is the first I’ve heard of stuff like that, for years I’ve heard of the Alamo Drafthouse as being good for 1) actually enforcing the “no phones” rules and kicking people out for being disruptive and 2) the food. So maybe the hype was just inaccurate?
I went to Alamo Drafthouse once (for the first time) last year and I honestly didn’t get the hype. Ordering food while watching a movie is inconvenient. Eating food while watching a movie is ok depending on the movie (this was The Bob’s Burgers Movie, so I don’t think missing a couple minutes of the action was a big…
I love Shigeru Miyamoto, like any good Nintendo nerd. He’s one of the few living people in the world I’d very much be honored to meet in person. But let’s be honest, it’s not like he’s the only creative voice in the company, nor has he been the primary creative voice on “his” creations (DK, Mario, Zelda, etc) in quite…
As a kid I loved people like you since it meant I got a quarter in exchange for minimal effort.
I guess it’s really just me guessing, but at roughly :52 in the video above you go to a new location (in the article it’s described as your sister school Blueberry Academy) and I’m getting big “battle tower” vibes - it shows someone stepping into a battle court against four opponents (so I guess it could be like a…
I couldn’t be bothered to play the Sword/Shield DLC when it came out but I’m completely on board with this, I loved Violet and I’ll be happy to come back in.
They did the Book of Mormon, an enormously popular Broadway musical
To be fair, getting 100% scans doesn’t really matter to most players, especially on their first playthrough. You don’t even need them to get the best ending (that’s 100% item collection), in the original 100% scans only gave you some artwork to view (no clue if it still operates this way in the remaster).
I’d say the N64 was still a very popular console, it was just going up against the cheaper PS1 (the PS1 itself cost more but the games were cheaper) which ended up being wildly popular. The GBA also sold better but it was cheaper and had basically no competition.
Take your own logic one step further - if they associate mentions of non-traditional families with child abusers and then legislate based on that definition, how is that not attacking the rights of people who live those non-traditional families? When you say “schools can’t teach about gay relationships but straight…
(Assuming you’re asking in good faith)
There are just so many boring and mediocre (and just plain bad) ones bringing the average down.
I played a lot of MK64 and Super Circuit as a kid but I never came close to enjoying Super Circuit as much as 64. It’s hard to say what a kid now would enjoy more, bereft of any nostalgia (frankly probably neither).
Obviously I respect the legacy of the original, I know none of the games would be there without it, but I honestly think the game is bad and not fun, the series didn’t get good for me until 64 (I think of SMK as the “beta version” of MK64, which was the first real Mario Kart, though obviously I know that’s not how it…
Yeah I mean don’t get me wrong, from 2001 until 2005 I played a ton of Super Circuit since it was my only option for handheld Mario Kart until MKDS came out. But even then I never enjoyed either of those as much as MK64 or Double Dash when I had access to the full consoles.
I’ve only played a little Crash Team Racing and it’s just different enough from Mario Kart (which I play a lot of) that I can’t really get used to it.
