Yup - he's barely on-screen, yet he may be the most effective villain so far.

Tony: "I love all the Avengers equally."

It was different, location-wise, but it also the one that really made me feel how ridiculous the railroading was getting, like you were just watching an interactive Tom Clancy movie. It was interesting enough, but it was the last Call of Duty I played, because I have no interest in multiplayer and it was obvious

I read that as 'Sam Waterson' and thought that would be a cool game I would play.

Same, I legitimately think they're a great band.

Lydia Loveless!

I have to say this series is far better than I expected it to be. ITV have been doing a lot of campy genre fiction at the moment, with varying results, but I think this is the best of the bunch.

Noel or Liam?

I've never herd him speak, but I hope he has an Arnold Schwarzenegger accent to make that line even better.

Hey, a shout-out for Oscar! He's pretty great!

"It's not an 'S'"

I think, in theory at least, the main adversary for Superman is the Sisyphean task of trying to protect everyone at once. In a sense he is the underdog in that undertaking.

Everyone always forgets Farscape in these arguments of what series Firefly most resembles…

In The Loop, though, was incredibly biting.

My biggest problem with Doctor Strange is that I'm just sick to death of Benedict Cumberbatch.

Like it's old enough to come and go on its own? Man, I am wasting far too much time arguing the semantics of an old sitcom joke

I guess when you consider that he pretty much disowned Broom of the System, it's not a huge surprise.

I don't know if this is the case, but I wonder if it was also the first heavily serialised television comedy. It had such a convoluted plot that René starts each episode by explaining what is going on, in a kind of parody of serials' exposition - "As you well know…"

It's not really a non-sequiter - surely the 'flap' (other than the obvious double-entendre) is a reference to cat flaps, i.e. pet doors?

The highest grade!
