Every state has its pluses and minuses, including the local drivers, the local “customs”/unwritten “laws”, their local laws and how vigorously (and equitably/fairly) that they’re enforced, general road conditions, the presence (and cost) of toll roads, and congestion, both urban and rural.

What’s wild to me is that this is the bus/RV/limo thing that literally started my career at Jalopnik. I wrote about this exact coach as my first-ever article here nearly four years ago!!

Is it just me, or does it looks like this this was (somewhat poorly) handmade in some warehouse? What’s with the cheap metal grating coving up body work? Why are so many bits of fiberglass broken? What’s the big metal box in the cabin behind the driver’s seat? And what looks like copious amounts of spray foam in the

The roads are the least worst thing about Florida.

Maryland isn’t a state, it is a cult with a flag.

And come tornado season, the roads are filled with chasers in their ridiculous “tornado proof” rigs.  I swear the chasers are a worse hazard than the storms themselves.

It used to belong to Kanye. It’s no stranger to being shat in.

Nebra... Sorry, couldn’t resist.

I mean, it looks super cool, especially with those doors, but... Yeah, the Kanye thing. We’re never gonna scrub that clean.

Tell me you don’t understand zipper merging without telling me you don’t understand zipper merging. If the people in the right lane have left an entire lane empty for people to “dive bomb” down, then they are -by definition- not doing zipper merging properly. The person in the left lane “dive bombing” is the one doing

Learning to zipper merge ought not be that hard, but all of a sudden everyone has to just police that one space... It is so depressing.

*Except in Texas.

If the traffic is stacking up behind you, you are going too slow. Either pull over or speed up until it spaces out again.

I’m tempted to petulantly say, none at all.

Part of being a good sports car is the feels, and the image. The DeLorean has those, so it is still good. Because it brings the good feels, and the smiles, when you drive it.

I’d say your final sentence is why it is disqualified from this contest. IF it weren’t for Back to the Future, but there was Back To The Future and that is why it actually is a cool sports car. For the DeLorean, at least, this is not the darkest timeline.

To be clear, I’m not saying everyone should be forced to live in some car-free urbanist utopia.

The original Porsche 911, I’m sorry, but it is garbage. The later versions much improved on it.

So the UK is flooded with these signs? (Huh, I guess they do need them after all!)

Looks a lot like the Vixen:
