I’m not sure if this was an intentional experiment or a byproduct of you being efficient, but it's a super cool idea

I feel like: "But first, try the leeks. I think you’ll really like them." is actually saying: "This recipe fucking bangs and you will cook this or regret it for the rest of your life" and I am gonna have to make this.

My only concern with using canned "diced" tomatoes, is that a lot of brands are treated with (some ingredient I can't remember the name of) to keep each individual piece firm. They tend not to break down like fresh tomatoes would. That said, I'm sure it would still taste good

That’s actually a really good idea

I’m definitely going to file this one away if I ever need to cook for a vegetarian/vegan. Except for the artichoke dip. That I’ll make for myself 😁

I love this whole concept! It's great that the recipes will be tailored to the cooking skills of the person submitting the request 😀

I’m looking forward to the post where you skip the Weber entirely, and just put a grate over your chimney (aka Meathead's afterburner method), possibly combined with sous vide...

I was waiting for rice, and you did not disappoint. This was from a few days ago...

Never underestimate Claire and her love of waffles 😂😂

Dry vermouth is amazing in all pan sauces (including gravy). Julia loved it, and so do I.

I don’t have one specific recipe, because quite frankly it changes every time depending on what ingredients I forgot to buy, or thought I had but didn’t. However there is one magical technique I use every time:

One other thing: don’t buy the cheapest tires! They’re cheap for a reason. And if you take your car to a shop for an oil change, ask them to shake down the front end while it’s in the air. They’ll be happy to let you know if any parts are failing (which will in turn cause premature tire wear), and, depending on how

I bet it would! I had 2 people send me 2 different articles yesterday about cooking non-waffles in a waffle maker (one of them was your pizza extravaganza). I think I’ve been talking about my waffle maker too much, and I have you to thank 😄😄

But... Will it waffle?

Short answer: yes. Longer answer, the rack is such a fantastic multitasker- use it for cooling! Use it to make a shallow roasting pan! - that the minimal investment is totally worth it.

Many shops won't patch a tire that has been previously plugged. While plugs certainly can last the life of the tire, they can also cause premature belt separation.

Now this, this is what dreams are made of....

Tire shop manager here... Can confirm.

Subtly hilarious 🤣🤣
