I love hearing of stories like yours. It gives me hope. Not that we are separated or anything, but all marriages have ups and downs and I’m terrified of divorce. I would like to think that there are chances to save the marriage even at that stage.

We came very close a few years ago, separation and all, and reconciled - and I have nothing but empathy and hugs for people who’ve gone through it because christ, that is a painful experience. Thinking about removing my ring permanently was just the worst.
