No wonder you had such a poor experience. Second-worst time in history to be a Windows user, next to the WinME days. oh, that's not actually what I meant. I've never had any problems with it being too hot for my wrists or whatever; it's just that the amount of heat it generates means that noisy-ass fan is always running when I don't want it to, even in power-saving mode. =/
