works with my GB games to this day. recently I attempted to play some of my old pokemon games and they would be corrupt the first three or four times I plugged them in and turned the SP on. finally took out, blew in the cartridge, put back in... bam, it worked and stayed working from that point forward. this happen on…
That's quite a misplacement. Like accidentally putting solitaire.exe inside your porn folder.
furthermore, not only is the run glitchless, it's 100%, all espers and whatnot, which means any skips they use would have to be relatively minor.
it's supposed to be a glitchless run. Just a fast runthrough. There have been some interesting tricks, but they're not flashy. Sounds like you're a little bit of a sour puss, the commentary and jokes are just the runners having a good time. Heck, they've gotta spend ~7ish hours straight on a game, they may as well…
I donated for the demon chocobo, and popular opinion among twitch viewers is for the demon chocobo as well, so nyaa.
it's supposed to be a glitchless run, so you may not be getting anywhere with that. =x
I have work that I want to do in the evenings, but I also am kinda interested in SGDQ. I'll leave it running in the background and if something interesting is going on, I'll take notice and stop what I'm doing to watch.
to be fair, this is talking about Japan, where getting drunk and passing out is pretty much a regular thing. yay drinking parties? even the companies get in on it, with business drinking parties being so ritual-like that it's even difficult to AVOID drinking lest you lose face in front of your coworkers.
For me it's not really about the ease of aiming, but rather the style/method and general feel. Obviously a lot of people manage just fine with gamepads, and I've seen a number of opinions from console gamers claiming absolute superiority even, but for me it has always felt too clumsy. I haven't played with the PS4/X1…
no actual nintendo assets are being used. it's all custom art, designed to look like the same style as minish cap.
There's a heck of a lot of genres missing from this, so I'm hoping it's just the first of a series...
ero- prepended to the media type. e.g. ero-anime, ero-manga, eroge, etc...
My favorite input method is actually gamepad in left hand, mouse in right. Gives you the fast target acquisition of a mouse with the analog movement control of a gamepad. I started trying it out with Shadow Warrior several months ago and fell in love. The only issues are 1) you need a mouse with lots of buttons to…
[[EDIT: sorry, I think I confused 'auto-aim' with 'aim-assist' and part of my response may be colored somewhat to that. I still think it's some relevant information though, so I'm leaving it]]
it's not that it's easier; it's faster and more precise. You can aim where you want to aim very quickly and intuitively, leaving things entirely up to skill and reaction time rather than fighting with imprecise controls. Auto-aim is used with joysticks because aiming with joysticks is a chore.
I totally forgot about this scene. Gif saved.
The glitch was performed via TAS for demonstration purposes. The glitch is real and can be performed without the TAS though.
Most likely they discovered the vine glitch itself first, then came up with the 1-2/5-2 part as an example of how to make use of it.
you have to get hit while Mario is auto-climbing at the top of the vine.
