All the Gen3 LS motors with cylinder deactivation do the same stuff. The answer is always run away, run far away. And find a 4.0 Jeep or 4.9 Ford and be forever happy.

We had the early 90' n/a 6.2,6.5 and a 6.5 td versions of these at the speed shop I worked at back in about 2003. The n/a trucks would spin the tires idling in snowy conditions no throttle input needed. The 6.5 turbo van had 750k miles on it when it finally gave up and was retired.
Torque management at it's finest. Put a tune in it and see what first gear feels like. I think the 8100 suburbans were heavily saddled with it in an attempt to keep the rest of the driveline alive.
I believe the same system was under the limited production syclone and typhoon variants of the s truck.
I was at nice price for $260. Perfect 24hrs of lemons candidate... $2600 must be a typo!
Been there done that. Bees attacking a beetle instead of a turd...
In other news, Kelly Blue Book has announced that all C4 Corvettes are officially valueless after the recent C8 release.
The real question that nobody has asked, “Bro, what’s the RTI score?”
Give you double what you paid for it! I'm sure it looks like a what we'd expect a free vehicle to look like up close, that is, good from far and far from good!
I read the headline wrong and was expecting to see this grille transplanted onto a Ford van... Then again I believe they are approximately the same size.
On the other hand, all the aftermarket skeleton doors for the JL are a direct fit!
Good luck finding any parts. Good luck with the electrical system. Good luck with the Corvette door handles, the ones on my late 90s Buick park ave ultra liked to break and leave the doors completely inoperable.
Guys and gals- people lost their lives, not a time for sarcastic puns and I love sarcastic puns.
Is this crossfire Doug Nash specimen still for sale?
What state is that fine crossfire located?
Had a v6 s10. Used to tow all kinds of stuff with it, one ton cargo van, full size Bronco, whatever other junk i bought. stepped up to LT tires even. She voiced her displeasure a few times but the only thing that ever gave me trouble was the theftlock key. Stranded me more than once.
I know it doesn’t matter to most people, but that is a Norfolk southern freight train, not an Amtrak passenger train.
