I don’t really see why it needs saving. Seems decent and the parts that were put in weren’t junk parts. It’s just someone else’s project and has their style. I wouldn’t pay that much for it but if you’re looking for a clean evo this seems like a good deal.

The thing is you can’t really stop armored vehicles from being sold because the majority of people who buy them are VIP’s who buy them because they are afraid of being assaulted or kidnaping.
