It’s changed a whole hell of a lot since those days. Unfortunately.

The issue at hand here is whether Tony Stewart purposely ran a guy over or if his negligent actions resulted in him losing control of his car and killing someone when it would seem that he could have easily avoided the guy that a fucking idiot got out of his car in the middle of a live racetrack.

A mild amount of THC is as irrelevant as having a beer the previous day. It’s not a factor.

Jesus Christ, how is this still going?!

Ugliest Porsche > any other car

You really think most Aston, Rolls, Bently, Lambo, and Maserati owners really care about cheaper service? My Chevy dealer gives free loaners and $20 oil changes. Lexus offers loaners for everyone. Now I understand they can’t have a fleet of back up Lambo’s for service loaners, but not even a having deal with a car

Agreed about the crazy inflation - but not sure what PCA events you go to. The ones I’ve been too, there is always a ton of appreciation for older models. There was a nicely sorted 914 last year I saw getting lots of positive attention. The douche bags that buy Porsche for the name/price don’t tend to show up at PCA

I’m voting crack pipe in protest the ridiculous prices of all older Porsches now. Stop the madness!!! We must make our stand at 30 grand 914’s!!!!

The 914 was the first sports car I ever rode in when I was a kid. My sister’s boyfriend got one and took me out for a spin. We went down a twisty residential street down by a lake. I have taken every car I have every owned down that same road all these years later and I still have not had as much fun as that 1976

“You’ll think I’m crazy for saying this, but I was actually more excited to drive this car than I was that Audi R8 V10 Plus I had recently. Supercars are a lot of fun to play with, but I’d much rather drive a fun car that I, and other normal workin’ stiffs, can potentially afford. A good $30,000 car is more compelling
