not really. The DA needs the victims testimony to have any hope of charges sticking. If there was an HD camera televised around the world that picked up a domestic assault, the DA would not need one thing from the victim and would continue on with prosecuting the alleged.

My mistake. Small engines. E15 is fucking expensive and less efficient. The cost in the world food markets was not worth it.
