A little off the “clearly they’re not staying dead” topic, but I enjoyed Wanda taking a level in bad-ass here. She’s pretty much Thor-level powerful in the comics, but has so far been portrayed as a pretty weak telekinetic in the MCU. I was honestly kind of surprised when she dusted at the end bc I thought her power

*sigh* A week after making icon status, Fangs sits this one out. I missed you, Fangs.

This is probably too on the nose, but I wouldn’t mind a needle drop of “Sex As a Weapon” at some point.

Fangs truly does become an icon here. How many lines did he have? Three? That actor nailed every moment.

It seemed odd to me that they were using “bug-chaser” as an in-universe term for chasing the zombie virus when it’s a term in the real world for people trying to contract HIV. The writers are usually more imaginative with their pun/references. I wonder if they just weren’t aware it’s an actual term?

I would read those Smash reviews.

I do not understand the praise Legend is getting for that performance. There was no acting to speak of and he has (beautiful) singing voice that’s totally wrong for the role. It’s not a soft jazz opera, it’s a rock opera!

The “Isidora! Duncan!” runner gets me every time.

Every time I see Lucy Punch on screen, I’m reminded of how hilarious she was on Ben & Kate. She needs a sit-com of her very own.

Oh man, that “All I Do” wrecked me. Gwen, if your screener was different, I highly suggest you watch that clip from the aired version.

That link on “didn’t feel like she could say no to her parents” is some A+ shade.

So no one on this show is going to acknowledge that casting the closeted gay kid in the gay role is not an artistic achievement and is, in fact, pretty cruel?

I now breathlessly await the “Superstore”/ “Good Girls” cross-over episode. Watch out, Arrowverse.

Good one-liner collection, but there was also “You’re still white, stop coasting.”

Is there any way Lynn survives the season? I really hope she does, she’s a great character and I don’t want a season two of grief and mourning.

Cool, thanks! Glad they’re not going anywhere :-)

Off topic, LAFergs, but is Lucifer coverage canceled?

I haven’t finished the episode yet, but the very moment I was convinced that Griffin was purely evil was the moment he did a public proposal.

“Perfect Hufflepuff Malcolm” should just be how you refer to him going forward.

Gotta give it up for Chris Colfer’s very brief, very spot-on Emma Stone impression.
