    Um,

Sorry, what? I'm meant to garner useful information from some guy waving two phones around?

A lot of this stuff made it into his books, which are unsurprisingly a great read :)

@Subliminal Bukkake: Yup, that's how I read it too. Apparently they're opening a factory to increase production 10 fold by 2011, but that's not much use now.

@Le Channan: Oh I know, but trying to dress SLCD up as equal or better than AMOLED is disingenuous.

In other news: Demand for HTC phones plummet as people see right through the shallow marketing gimmickry of SLCD and buy competitors AMOLED devices.

@leozuck: Is it nice? Knowing everything?

@bustedchain: You could, but you expect someone to go snooping in your bin to see what brand of underwear you like? And to somehow use that information to their benefit and your detriment? Yeah...

"Some privacy advocates contend that retailers could theoretically scan people with such licenses as they make purchases, combine the info with their credit card data, and then know the person's identity the next time they stepped into the store."

@ryan.hillmann: It's only scary if you don't understand it.

@Elliuotatar: You probably can't even edit it by now, seems to disappear. Fun :)

@vinod1978: I was trying to refute this:

@vinod1978: It opened a 3G data connection, what's to stop it sending out whatever it likes? Or becoming part of a botnet?

Those are all really impressive, especially the angel and smoking ones.

@Vylen: That's clever of them, they should have chosen one and stuck with it. Most places seem to list the letter.

"Be warned, though, the Blu-Ray will be region 2 (Europe), and as such won't work on a lot of American's Blu-Ray players."

@hawkeye18: Yet you keep waking up with the front door open, the buger's wrappers strewn across your room and no recollection of what happened...
