Many of the deaths can be attributed to different things and it will still accept them. The only difference is in the end the insurance payouts are different. I believe you can technically list the Captain as the killer of the entire crew because technically he was in charge.

I imagine “blue flavor” is blue raspberry flavor. Blue raspberry is purportedly based on a specific species of raspberry that has a slight bluish hue (but not the bright blue color associated with the flavor). It’s basically a made-up flavor, but a popular one that everyone recognizes.

I have no idea what the contract said on that matter, but I would assume if there was nothing about that in the contract then they wouldn’t be able to do it and Chapelle would be suing the shit out of them.

I have no idea what happened with that contract and a cursory internet search doesn’t seem to turn much up. It certainly seems like he violated the contract and therefore would probably have to return some or all of it. How that affects other portions of the contract, I don’t know.
