Many of the deaths can be attributed to different things and it will still accept them. The only difference is in the end the insurance payouts are different. I believe you can technically list the Captain as the killer of the entire crew because technically he was in charge.

I got this game just a couple months ago and burned through it in a weekend. I was proud I was able to figure most of them out, but I had to brute force some guesses because I missed some (obscure) clues. I recently played through it again trying to catch all the clues, but I still missed some. You have to pay A LOT

I imagine “blue flavor” is blue raspberry flavor. Blue raspberry is purportedly based on a specific species of raspberry that has a slight bluish hue (but not the bright blue color associated with the flavor). It’s basically a made-up flavor, but a popular one that everyone recognizes.

Cool Blue is the best. Followed by Glacial Freeze. After that, it’s probably Lemon Lime, but I also like Blue Cherry (I love all the blue drinks). Probably White Cherry after that. I used to like Fruit Punch, but can’t drink it anymore because it was the only think I would drink when I was undergoing chemotherapy and

You hear him say, “You want a treat?” It’s clearly a conditioned response. He’s trained them to howl when they do that.

I have no idea what the contract said on that matter, but I would assume if there was nothing about that in the contract then they wouldn’t be able to do it and Chapelle would be suing the shit out of them.

And I’m not saying it shouldn’t be. I just don’t see any news about that happening. It’s been over 15 years. Is this really the only avenue available to Chapelle? I’m not blaming him, I’m just curious why nothing else has been done. I support Chapelle and laud HBO and Netflix to accepting his request.

I don’t know if him going to HBO and Netflix is exactly a negotiation with Viacom, but this is all that is being made public. Maybe Viacom has just refused any requests or compromises Chapelle’s offered. That’s certainly believable. I guess I figured there’d be more that Chapelle could do to legally get some of those

I have no idea what happened with that contract and a cursory internet search doesn’t seem to turn much up. It certainly seems like he violated the contract and therefore would probably have to return some or all of it. How that affects other portions of the contract, I don’t know. Either side could probably take it

Well, technically he did get paid when he signed that contract.

By uninvested I mean I don’t care whether people get their refunds or not. By uninvested I mean I haven’t bought into the hype around the game.

Excuse me, but Kotaku got name dropped by Ice-T on an episode of SVU... So, it’s kind of a big deal.

One can still be curious about something without being “invested” in it. I’m not invested in this particular issue, but I do plan on playing Cyberpunk at some point. I just like reading these articles because I’m curious about what everyone is talking about.

I think he said that of the Tom Jane movie.

CRPGs are probably my favorite form of video game.

My mom always makes chocolate chip meringue kisses, which are my favorite.

Know what would be better than paying it forward? Just buy another meal and give it to a homeless person.
