When I was in Milan last, I saw a beige Town and Country with a manual and a diesel clattering by. I was quite surprised to see Chrysler minivans had made it to Europe. However If I were to import a manual diesel van, it certainly wouldn’t be a Chrysler van. More likely a Mercedes or Renault.

Eh not that quite. There is a lot of mechanical noise from the chain and tensioner.  The white M3 in the photo is also mine, the engine is much quieter in the M3.  I need to post up an updated video, since that one I added a bunch of fuel to idle so that it doesn’t pop and miss fire due to being lean.  It is quite a

Check out my youtube channel for more.  Or search the article that Jalopnik did on it a couple years ago.

There are a couple of these floating around town. A sparkly teal one with a beige top in mint shape.  They are strange.

Something to that regard is on my bucket list. A couple of years ago I got to thrash a top of the line turbo diesel 6 speed Opel Mokka (Chevy Trax with an awesome power train) through some of the French Alps.  Was a brilliant time.

I did the exact same thing in a cabin in Colorado and at Tail of the Dragon, 5 engineers, all talking about cars.

I quite like the Frontier. I had a 2wd one as a rental car last year during a Detroit snow storm when my flight was canceled. I agree that it sounds great, about the only thing it didn’t have that I wanted was a manual transmission. The seats were particularly comfortable, the visibility was good, and boy did it drift

Managed to get the rotary valve e36 out to a car show! A big win considering the reliability of the vehicle. It’s finally able to drive 15 minutes without puking all of it’s coolant out!

I use a snow brush. Usually start the car too to start getting some heat into the cabin quicker.

This scares me, a lot.  I like having consistency with the control of my vehicle.  I had the auto breaking just about cause an accident on my parents Jeep Grand Cherokee.   I had a Trailer hooked to the back and when I hit the gas to back onto the road the system thought I was going to crash into the trailer it was

Mine is alway excited to find small spots in traffic to shoot through. Oh and tight parking spots.

This would be the perfect commuter for me.  4 mile commute. However, the pricing just doesn't pay off, I can't justifiably replace a paid off reliable daily even though it only gets low 20s mpg.  The fuel cost savings probably wouldn't even pay off the extra insurance premium.

13 feet seems reasonable, only a whole 3 feet longer than a Samuari. I bet it would be a brilliant little vehicle if it actually ends up being a smaller Wrangler. It will also make the two door Wrangler irrelevant.

Depends a lot on the tire profile. There is a plentiful selection of really boring passenger car tires for my 99 Oldsmobile eighty eight. The trouble I have with getting tires for it is I really like the one inch white wall look on the car, very few manufacturers make those any more. I now rock Mastercraft tires on

Does anybody else feel like there is a difference between premium look and actually premium? I noticed this when my parents traded in their 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a brand new 18 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The new one feels really cheap inside, the materials and controls feel cheap compared to the 97. The

In the 20 years that my parents had a 97 ZJ with the 4.0, I’d never once heard that they were famous for transmission troubles. We did have a few electrical problems. The biggest issue was with the engine, it would randomly stumble and cough and more or less have a seizure when driving. That Jeep spent countless weeks

In my recent research, I too have been coming to the conclusion that the perfect year XJ and or MJ is a 91 or 92. Though I will admit, there is nothing wrong with the renix system. I had an 88 MJ with the BA-10 transmission too, it worked well. Surprisingly fuel efficient and the smoothest, torquiest inline 6 I’ve

I with you. I’m a 28 year old engineer, and simply dispise current auto interfaces. It takes so many steps to get to the useful functions that all used to be single buttons. This is one reason I love my e36, it has dedicated buttons for the three features I use most, radio presets, hvac, and heated seats. In my

This is the only car that I have seen at an auto show in the last 10 years that made me think, "I would buy this, actually I really want this, seriously please take my Money!"  No other design has excited me this much, It is quite the sharp design, bold enough to ditch the flame surfaced bubbles of the last 15 years.

The iDx was the first thought in my mind when I read the title to this article.   I have always thought the beige concept car was the winner.  It just looks amazing, proportioned perfectly.  Absolutely love the c pillar treatment.
