It’s literally free energy...on a car that costs thousands LESS than most other options.   So maybe 100 miles a week.   Compared to gas that’s a bargain.

Solar panels are just another issue. Even mild fender benders can total cars now...the cost and *liability* of re-certifying the safety systems/sensors gets expensive fast.

Black color will do wonders.   A dark interior would also help increase the thermal store to melt the exterior

Given the report that companies are losing hundreds/thousands on every EV made...Toyota may have a point in not going full into EV’s just yet

crack a window or door while you get the fire going. Once going strong it should draw better.  I had a 3 story chimney that needed the full fire to really draw.

I’ve used a LifeSpan walking treadmill for a number of years for computer work.

Most people don’t realize that *all* windows are now laminated. Next time I buy a car, I’m almost tempted to have a rear window moved back to just tempered so there’s at least an escape route (I don’t generally have anyone in my backseat)
