Entirely false. Literally all we need to do is park a satellite next to it for a few years. The earth is moving at 67,000 mph. Slow that asteroid down by 30 minutes on the same trajectory and it misses completely.

I’d like more orbital too. We don’t have that and lower costs haven’t produced more.

Yeah, stopping those pesky astronomers from finding potential earth impacting asteroids is worth people having high speed access.
