I've looked at the Ubuntu phone and I have to admit it looks beautiful. However I'm not in a rush to be on the bleeding edge for a phone OS again. Microsoft handled their transition remarkably well but it wasn't without it's growing pains.

Nope, I've been regularly checking for an update but haven't seen one pushed just yet so my Focus Flash appears to be stuck at 7.5 for the time being. I've consulted Samsung/AT&T on it but both are keeping tight lipped.
Possibly, I'm a WP7 user and I'm struggling to decide on what OS my next smartphone will feature. For day to day use I've fallen in love with Microsoft's design, but I expected a lot more out of them when it comes to tying the OS to Win8. The sheer freedom to change Android and it's polish (finally!) is very…
Someone learned a new buzzword!
This was actually way more than I expected, thank you! I really appreciate all the sugggestions :)
How did you make the transition from IT to freelance writer and what is it like? I'm currently working in IT and have a degree in it, but I miss my days as a creative writing major. I feel that writing on technology would finally marry my two greatest interests and give me the creative outlet I desperately need, but…
If this was posted on Giz I'd be able to finally rationalize all the time I spend on there.
You mean like camera grip (always remains centered on hero)? You have to hit F1 twice to activate it.
I've been playing it for the past week. The community is very different from that of LoL. I haven't seen a single person complain about feeding, ks's, or just general douchebaggery. Just go for it. If you ever played DOTA you won't be that confused.

The room filled with the sound of a clicking scroll wheel while the monitor struggled to display the images that formed the blur of movement on the screen.
I happen to know the director of that documentary and I just wanted to say if you haven't seen his short films you should definitely check them out. He's a really talented film maker!
It's sad that our society sees 10 years of getting raped and beaten as a successful display of the judicial system. The guy is a creep, but I feel rehabilitation and using his skills in a productive way would be far more rewarding for him and the public as a whole.
I thought it was always ebaums.
Wait, so Time implemented a voting system that was proven completely ineffective and they decided to use it again anyway?
HOW DARE THEY MAKE A PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE COMMENT ABOUT ME NOT BEING FROM SAID COUNTRY!
I have to say I'm really enjoying some of these articles lately. Your article on Android Skins was great and this one, while long, is full of interesting info. Please keep posting articles like this one. They're so much better than the average, 'Look what X CEO said about Y company (OMG GUYS!)'.
That's very true however I was simply taking into account the Air that gizmodo featured in their article.
