Just for the record, if this new system would have been in place in 2013, Dale Jr. would have won the championship, not Jimmie.

I think the best part was, after the Tre Mason TD, these guys were all high-fiving and acting like they had won. Watching their reactions throughout the final drive was absolutely fantastic.

NASCAR did it wrong. Truex did nothing wrong and he has to suffer for it. I think they should have penalized Bowyer 100 points. That would knock Bowyer out of the Chase, put Truex and Gordon in, and, unfortunately, keep Newman out. But at least some justice would have been done.
