Offering refunds to every St. Louis PSL holder would get them out of your business, you could resell those PSLs at higher prices, and it could strengthen your case against the PSL holders wanting their contract…
While the judge did rule partially in the Rams’ favor, they broadly lost the lawsuits, which will likely cost the team millions of dollars in returned deposits and foregone profit.
