Anyone have any tried and true methods for quitting smoking? I only smoke socially, but I need to get my ass back in gear and take a break from the drinking, quit smoking and start biking regularly again.

@FactCat: It seriously is can't-put-it-down good. And the next one is even better, and there were seriously parts where I was all, OMFG!!!! and really, May 25 needs to get here faster because I need the third book now.

@American as Apple Pie: A good point, and one that I try to remember. I end up spending a lot of time rolling my eyes and writing strongly worded emails and letters to my elected officials. Yep, I'm that person.

wow. i guess i can say that at least i live in the one blue county in the state. trust me, those of us here that actually think don't support the majority of our elected officials and make our voices known. this is sad. i wanna move now.
