However, he really does look like my girl’s littermate, she’s black Lab & Rottie mix. Mom was Rottie, dad was black Lab. Apparently they took a shine to each other.

For me it’s more of an emotional thing. I made the mistake of doing my yearly re-read of Written on the Body while going through a breakup and I spent a week curled up on the couch crying after. I can’t blame Winterson entirely, because that was MY poor decision, but her work is all very beautifully emotional.

I feel like one has to be in a very good place of mind to be able to handle Winterson, in general. I absolutely love her, but some of her work can just absolutely destroy me.

We actually do have green tea ice cream in Nebraska, as well as avocado and I saw pea ice cream somewhere but I didn’t try it. I’ve also locally tried garlic ice cream (yummy), but I’ve yet to see corn ice cream. I imagine that if you start with good sweet corn it’d be pretty tasty though.

Add in too that not all outlets pay for the photos. Some consider getting the media pass or providing a photo credit if the photos are used as payment. I really didn't mind the movie, and I'll say that as someone that scoffed about it being remade.

I'm not schilling for anyone, nor am I arguing Taylor Swift's right to pull her music. She's going to make money no matter what, between royalties from radio and other streaming services, album sales, touring, licensing, etc.

And I'm in no way arguing that Taylor had no right to remove or block her music. I find it frustrating, but it's certainly well within her right to do so. My point was that saying that Spotify only pays a fractions of a fraction without explaining it fully doesn't present the full picture of how Spotify actually pays.
