I like the way you think. People who don't wash in public washrooms are one of my biggest peeves. I don't care how well dressed/made-up they are, they're disgusting.

I always wash my hands after using the bathroom for whatever, because it's easier to keep it a habit rather than think about it every time I go outside. Like flossing — I don't even have to think about it or force myself to do it anymore, it just happens when I'm brushing my teeth.

I can attest to everything you said. During a period of joblessness, I filled my days with veggies out of boredom, and witnessed strange and sudden changes to my pooping habits. It all evened out after two weeks or so, though.
