A Supreme Court Justice could literally own a company being brought forward in a case before the Supreme Court, and there’s nothing anyone can do to force any of them to recuse themselves for any reason. It is entirely insane. This whole system is set up for abuse.

Unfortunately, there is no mechanism to “make” any of the Justices recuse themself from any case. Clearly, the threat of impeachment means nothing if Trump can get away with everything he has.
