I think about this a lot and I wonder what I could do if I saw something like this happening. Because of course it’s going to happen again. I mean, what can you do when you see the police flat out murdering someone in front of you?

One of my idiot coworkers was claiming a friend of a friend was killed in a drive by shooting and the hospital listed his death as covid-19. These people will believe anything that fits into the worldview they want to have without any evidence, and no amount of evidence will convince them otherwise.

We’ve had several customers insist on giving us “tips” of up to $200. We can’t keep it (would be fired, in fact), and have to send it to the employee benefit fund. In theory it will go to employees in need to emergency assistance, but I imagine the higher ups wiping their asses with it. :P

Fortunately she doesn’t show any sign of pain while eating, or when I massage her mouth area. She has an appointment coming up next month, and they’re going to see if it looks like she could use antibiotics at least. I will ask about any topical medication options also, thank you!

I LOVE those single shot antibiotics! My vet did them for two of my boy cats who had dental work last year... they’re both violent assholes and I would never have been able to give them any kind of oral medication at home.
