I'm not. I said if she had a valid complaint then it wasn't cool.

Then he’s not just a dick, but a stupid one. He has now called the kind of attention to himself that he probably didn’t want.
Yes, yes it does.
We don’t know enough to really make call one way or the other. You agree to pay the exorbitant prices, nobody forces you to do it. It does not excuse assholery just because you’re paying for it.
Maybe he did both. Totes passive aggressive, but hey, it's his problem.
Thank you. I’m so tired of accommodating assholery. I actually just blogged about this. Enjoy!
Then, as I said, it’s his funeral. There will be consequences and it’s up to him whether he’s prepared to deal with them. I didn’t say he was right or wrong.
While I agree this is not good for business in general, I feel like I wouldn’t be put off by this if “ugly” indeed referred to her attitude. Sometimes calling people out on their bullshit is necessary. Remaining silent is giving bridezilla (or other douchebag behavior) permission to keep on trucking through life with…
Have you been asleep for the past few years? Jobs are a little scarce and tuition costs price a lot of people out of the degree or training they need to get a better paying job. I'd rather see somebody at least work instead of living on welfare. But if you're happy supporting welfare recipients...have fun with that.
I tip 20-25% and a large holiday tip. I’ve had the same hairdresser for 3 years and she’s pricey but so worth it. I just left her chair actually.
I’m sure all of the folks supporting their families on McD’s wages aren’t feeling like Ronsld and friends are “there for them”.
Thank you for sharing because this is the South I was thinking of. I guess I’m tired of the Paula Deen type crowd that is trying to put a cheery and overly sophisticated face on a new and improved South. Problem is, they live in a South they’ve made up in their mind. Or one that isn’t relatable to anybody but a…
You’re welcome. Unfortunately, Reese’s pieces (you see what I did there?) and her new “Southern” line of not really Southern stuff doesn’t help with the whole bad image thing. To be fair, doesn’t hurt it either, it's just not a good representation.
Oh I addressed a lot of misgivings here. Enjoy and share!
I agree with you, but if she’s going to tout this as all encompassing “Southern Style” she needs to get her head out of her ass. I know that’s asking a lot, but...
I see an open letter to Reese Witherspoon as my next blog post.
I’d like to “veto” Fox “news”.
An we are all uneducated, inbred, truck driving, cheap beer drinking, backwards...
Some of the best, beautiful, and most delicious parts of Southern culture came from African Americans. It would be stupid, and oh so wrong, NOT to acknowledge that as part of the overall heritage and current culture.
I ❤️ You. Sorry, that's creepy coming from a stranger. Appreciate your comment.
