@sam4sb: Is this how starred commenters say oops?
@Steven Callas: Is it cold up on that pedestal? :P
@Steven Callas: No offense but that "How to make a good post" is cyber-narcissism at its best. All it should say is be respectful and thoughtful.
@sam4sb: And if you clicked a limb it would do nothing. It would only box an image if you clicked a face.
@sam4sb:
@JEmlayUSA: So no, you can't answer my question, but you can make ad hominen attacks.
@geowrian: Thats because you didn't bother going to the site to see the other screen shots that show the top of the screen I posted you, which show the whole trace.
Facebook has had facial recognition for a long time. The only difference is now its automatic instead of a manual click, but it still always boxed the face perfectly.
I find it interesting that people are so quick to dismiss this as fake just because Apple PR said so.
@J. Bryan Brasher: The initial response was arrogant and incorrect, but its still to early to say that that is their FINAL stand on the issue.
@JEmlayUSA: Please provide a link proving they knew about the issue before hand.
@Go VolsVolsZela: Yeah I was talking about the real UT, the one in Austin :) Puts a new spin on my previous comment eh?
I keep wondering if her party had exclusive access to the theater...I mean, they were singing happy birthday in the middle of a movie. Seems like an odd time...aren't there previews and advertisements?
How can these suits be filed when nobody even knows what % of users are affected?
@Go VolsVolsZela: I went to UT by the way. Your logo seems suspiciously similar...
@Go VolsVolsZela: No no you missed my point...two straight guys can technically get a civil union, just like a gay man can technically marry a woman (many do for tax/child reasons).
@JEmlayUSA: How can you say all iPhones are affected by this when tons of people have posted right here saying theirs works fine. Yes, its widespread, but neither you nor I nor Gizmodo, nor Apple really know what % of phones are affected.
There are lot of commenters not bothering to read. Comments like "watch everyone at Google is going to claim to be gay"
@dogved: Being gay doesn't get you the boost. Being in a civil partnership does.
