There’s one in the works, to be released in 2019ish. In a press conference Musk said the only speed faster than ‘ludicrous’ is ‘maximum plaid’, which would be reserved for the new roadster.

I don’t think it’s worse than the outgoing cars, but for a new gen, It’s underwhelming.
If my car felt dangerously underpowered for 6 minutes a day, every single day... I don't think I would own that car for long, haha.
miatas and brown diesel wagons
Meh, I think there’s ample middle ground. My complaint is more around watching this site become more like autoblog or C&D every day. (ie- thinly masked advertisements for new 70k cars)
I think he’s saying that these articles are treading dangerously close to being the complete opposite of the ENTIRE POINT OF THIS WEBSITE. It’s jalopnik FFS.
It’s definitely soft, but it’s kind of refreshing to me. So many new cars are all creases and negative space, I think the AMG and jag will age nicely.
On a technical level- Why we would keep rotating SOF teams through Libya? If the public assumes that we didn’t have anything to do with the revolution, why keep running the risk of another Benghazi-style loss?
It’s the ammo cost, not the weapon. Combine that with 5.7 not being very good at killing people, and full-auto going out of style for room-clearing... It becomes a non-starter.
One more factor- Precision is a huge part of CQB. Too easy to miss on full auto, and put a round through the wall and hit your buddy in the next room.
Make the rider input all the destinations. In any case, a 9x multiplier is an ample buffer for any of those occurrences.
Entering a multiplier doesn’t have nearly the same gravitas as entering a dollar amount.
This is why I only use lyft. I’m not going to pretend price doesn’t influence supply, and a max of 3x I can deal with.
Surge pricing makes sense, but there’s a point where it ceases to meaningfully increase supply. Once that point is passed, it’s just gouging.
I thought that initially, but the way it’s only slightly darker in the shadow of the mirror makes me think chrome.
I’m still furious no charges were filed against that idiot.
Be sure to write to your lawmakers and let them know they’ve got it all wrong.
Why not charge them with terrorism? Or building a WMD?
Dope. Thanks for the info.
So the ordnance would just be too much weight for any sane amount of helium? I was under the impression that modern airships use compressors to change buoyancy, so the helium is less a fuel than a permanent component of the aircraft.
