The author absolutely makes the claim that women are more prone to be governed by emotion and thus less capable of leadership roles. He also claims that women are not as assertive as men and this may be the cause of their lack of upward mobility.

Its not a “view they disagree with”. It is a man in power claiming with no scientific backing that women are less capable of leadership roles than men.

I would say the opposite is true.

The city of Youngstown went overwhelmingly for the “grabem by the pussy” presidential candidate. I think its safe to say they lack the moral authority to question this decision.

My only thought is that he has learned from what happened and is capable of expressing to teammates how wrong he was and why and what they can do to avoid his fAte. Not to sound trite but he could be the voice that stops one teammate from raping someone.
