One of my favorite passive-aggressive pleasures is watching HGTV shows and reveling in how out dated half of the updates are going to look in about 2 years. It was because she lived in an apartment and was the “poor” one, so she could make comments about the absurdity of everything. I think it was after season 2, when she was fighting with Kelly Bensimon, that she just became an insufferable asshole.
