I was a bit surprised at prosecutions case, it seemed a bit sparse. However, I think Strolla failed to explain why Dunn never called the cops. I also think he blew it on the coaching rather than rational or calm Dunn's lack of remorse made him come off as a sociopath, especially when compared to the emotional

Corey seems to have a reputation for over charging, however in Florida there is no time limit when it comes to formulation of intent. Technically, intent can be formed in thirty seconds or thirty hours. That's why pointing out the break in the firing was critical after the first four shots and there was no return

I hear you but the Pats hired Moss and Ochocinco... If anyone did due diligence it's not hard to find the body trail behind Hernandez.

Yes, all shits and giggles until someone tries to ram a golf club into your vagina at a team function while drunk off of their ass.

There are so many flavors of wrong about the treatment of the trainer, I just can't. It makes me sad because dude probably thought he landed the job of a lifetime.

I have relatives who played in the NFL and no this wasn't the norm.

How does this explain his assault on the woman at the country club? Dude jokes about raping people and then he sexually assaults someone? I'm getting seriously getting disgusted with the selective readings of Incognito's offenses. What about the trainer? This isn't about a bromance gone wrong, this is about a

How Ben Roethlisberger who has had multiple accusations of rape against him where he has settled in civil court...

What about the trainer or the woman at the country club... please read the report.

The woman at the country club was in a position to "fight back"? The trainer? What's up with the selective reading of the facts? Every team from college to the pros have kicked him out. T.O., Ochocinco... what makes him any different from the other head cases in the NFL?

That still doesn't explain or excuse his treatment of the trainer nor the poor woman he assaulted at the country club. He's going to dispute the details when he was flaming drunk?

But he certainly knew he hurt that woman at the country club... What about the trainer?

Believe me when I say to you... I hope the NFL loves their children too....

I have relatives who have played in the NFL. I appreciate the nuances you are bringing to this discussion.

That makes perfect sense, because they have less power...

You bring up a good point, but since that idea is foreign to NFL culture applying the concept of "no means no" retroactively seems to place the blame on Martin for not stopping Incognito's behavior. People who have regard for others understand the concept of "no means no", but unfortunately there are those who don't.

Like that sexual assault Incognito seems to be butt hurt over having to settle. Kudos to the woman for filing a report. Makes you wonder how many other women has he assaulted.

How does this explain Aaron Hernandez?

Nice, thanks for the post!
