I’d still hate Kavanaugh personally and think him unfit for the court for other reasons, but if Ford was making these accusations and claiming to have video proof, but was unwilling to show it to anyone, I would assume that she was misguided and not completely credible.

He should be investigated and the video and other evidence reviewed. As far as Monahan looking for someone to investigate/lawyer up, it’s been 6 weeks since the initial accusation- she’s had time.

I too fear that he will be confirmed and it will be a crime. However, if he does not get confirmed it doesn’t save the seat that should have been Garrick’s. This is the 2nd seat the pig has had to fill. Gorsuch got Garrick’s seat and we shouldn’t forget the shit they pulled to make that happen.
