YOU must haul kids, LATCH seats but based on this thread of people who DO take the seats out, you’re making presumptions that are probably right sometimes but ain’t right all the time.

Lots of us take the seats out. The beautiful balance of luxuriuous ride paired with killer versatility is obliterated by this stupid new design.

His needs match mine. Not all van drivers fill them with kids. I’ve got a cargo van also (a Nissan NV2500 high-roof) and it’s brilliant for a huge van but the daily driving experience compared to a nice Sienna is night and day.

I’m with you. I felt dumb getting a ‘19 knowing that the new model was coming eventually but I’m glad now. No removable seats is the death of my long Sienna run.

After looking into the similiar issue with the non-removable middle seats in a Kia Sedona, it sounds as if to get the seats out, you’d have to have a body shop do it. Put the van on a lift, un-screw from beneath the floorpan, disconnect the airbags.. a nightmare. I’d assume getting the 2020 Sienna seats out is the

I’ve had four Siennas. Though I haul family members, occasionally, I also haul plywood, antiques, furniture, camp in it... because it’s so flexible and modular. They were brilliant vehicles until now. The incredible deletion of removable middle seats means I’m out. Loyal doesn’t equal foolish. When Chrysler pioneered

I’m with you. The beauty of a van is its versatility. Up to 2020, you could haul your family or your fridge in a Sienna. From now on, it has the utility of an SUV with slightly smarter space utilization. Bummer. Fixed seats = fail.

We’ve had Volvos (Superb seats) BMWs (definitely good but not amazing), Siennas (decent but the middle row seats are insanely luxurious), Saab 9-5s (super) but the big surprise, is our huge, high-roof Nissan NV2500 cargo van has FANTASTIC seats. No fatigue, no heat, no cooling but surprisingly, for a cargo van,

I’m so with you. I thought the “night panel” button on Saabs was silly till I used it. When you want to DRIVE the distraction of unnecessary lighting is just bad. Turn off the Reno lighting and grab the wheel.

He is noted as asking for all blacks off the casino floor when he and Ivana arrived at his casinos. He called for the execution of five latino men accused of rape- who were all innocent. He was sued in 1973 for telling all African Amercian lease applicants to be told there were no available apartments (and that they

I agree. It’s in him, regardelss of checmicals. The medical conditon of: Megalomania can cause severe actions, reactions and comical mistakes in judgement... if there is any to be had.

The only Nissan I’ve had since my 1970 butter-cream yellow 510 wagon is a 2014 Nissan NV2500 Highroof. It is now dated, but damn, it has been a fantastic van. Obviously, Nissan’s problems are with its mass market stuff yet, the execution of the NV2500 is flawless, in its market. Where reviews of Sprinters, Transits

So, how’s the Pacifia Hybrid been? I nearly got one and after years of absolutely perfect Toyota ownership, I got worred of Chry-ing from potential probs.

My town had the disctiction of having a few rock stars... Sammie Hagar, Grace Slick and some of the dudes from Journey lived on the next street over so their cars were ok. I think it was Steve Perry who got the first 924 I’d seen. Someone else at the Journey house (which had a cantelevered pool) had a 320i, which was

BMW doesn’t understand the potency of its history. Look at the dilution of the Hofmeister kink. That new 2-series/Kia lookalike has less Hoff kink than an Impala. Unsurprisingly, they’ve mangled the logo with no clue. The twin kidneys are next, based on what’s up with the coming i4.

I had a 9-5 that I loved but I needed more space for sexy times/props for my jobs so I swallowed my pride and bought the raddest ride I never thought I’d love: Sienna. High mileage, beat up... it’s all cooler in a Sienna.

Not selling it in the US made as much sense as developing a Formula 1 race car and only offering it to first gen Prius owners. WHAT FOOLS! MB really tripped on this one.

What a TOTAL wasted opportunity. Butch this thing up. Give it cool non-metallic colors, strip the chrome, give it mop-able floors, a bigger roof rack, white painted steel wheels, big tacky graphics that SCREAM “Voyager” and market it towards the Xterra/ rich Vanagon/Subaru outdoorsy customers. OWN the brand, rather

In 1987, the company I worked for found great success. The two founders each got BMW E28, 528e (manuals) and the CFO bought an ‘87 Accord LXi. The Accord just looked so much more “designed” than the BMW yet, when I look at the dims, it is within an inch or so of the significant BMW dimensions. I later read that Honda

The coolest Maseratis were angular and hard. This soft, curvy design language is doing them no favors. Their aesthetic is so basic at this point, that Infiniti seems more elegant and considered (which is faint praise, since I don’t think they make a single good looking car).
