Maybe not, but they're perfectly healthy foods so why cut them out in the first place if you don't need to? (Again, this doesn't apply to anyone with allergies or other intolerances.)

OK, but paleo canon puts the kibosh on all those things. If people take liberties, fine, but that's not what the diet should be judged on.
Sure, I'm not saying you need to eat dairy to be healthy. But it's not in and of itself unhealthy unless you have a condition that makes you react poorly. Just like wheat isn't bad for you unless you're allergic to it or have celiac disease.
The science behind it is that unprocessed foods make you feel fuller, so you eat less. And any kind of restriction also makes you eat less. Which is how you lose weight.
Except it's way more restrictive than not eating processed foods - you can't eat grains or legumes, both of which are super healthy when unprocessed (and eaten in reasonable quantities, like everything else). And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you also can't have dairy, which, granted, isn't required for a…
I've heard laughing can help, so maybe watch some funny movies?
Some unsolicited advice: No matter how much you still like your ex, and how platonically compatible you might be, don't try to be friends right away. That doesn't mean you have to cut him out of your life: you can text about practical things ("I'm still getting your mail") and be civil if you run into each other…
Where in Canada? Because September in Toronto (and most of southern Ontario, not to mention B.C.) can be pretty balmy, so it might be too early for hot drinks.
For me, it has to hit at or just above the natural waist in order to look good. And then it's a miracle. Anything else is horribly unflattering.
Would it be much more expensive per hour (given the calculations in the post) to just get an escort for several days? Who knows, maybe she's someone's wife too.
Fair enough. Under those circumstances, I'd probably feel the same way!
See, I see it the opposite way - it's so easy to search for specific criteria online that you often end up with just guys who fit a certain idea of what you like. In real life, I've come across guys who aren't my usual type but are nonetheless really cool and attractive and ended up going out with them. They might not…
Re: cops - sorry, I misread your previous comment. My bad.
That sounds like a good starting point for a novel.
There are some extreme language laws but there's also a heavy cultural and political context for them. Sure, some are applied in a petty and arbitrary way but overall, they're important.
My parents have been married 35 years and my mom kept her name. Both have non-English names in different languages. It has never been an issue.
Yep. That's how we do it too.
I forgot about Wreck-It Ralph! That was a good movie.
I know a guy - a friend of a friend, so in his 30s - whose middle name is Rocket.
Oh, dude, I know exactly how that is. Dated this guy for six weeks in the fall and then it fell apart abruptly. Thought I was over it - even dated other guys - but for some stupid reason he's still in my head. Even worse is how pathetic that makes me feel. So anyway, if anyone has any happy stories, I'd love to hear…
