I think you’re talking about Jo De la rosa, but she’s Peruvian. She had a spin-off dating show with her ex Slade where she’d date men and slade would basically watch the dates. It was weird as hell. She tried to have a singing career as well which I can only assume never really took off.

They were on marriage boot camp: reality stars and Gretchen really wanted kids and Slade was unsure/dealing with his son having brain cancer so they weren’t willing to get married yet. But idk when that show aired because I watched it on Hulu. Even on that show it seemed like they had a long engagement.
