Probably both.   Person in front shouldn’t be stopped, but the person behind should have been paying attention.

The price is low compared to other similar vehicles that have sold, but I still voted ND.  This is 100% a project car and I can find plenty of other projects for a better price.

Warner Brothers/Discovery could teach master classes in how to ruin stuff, lose money, and piss off customers.  Nobody does it better than they do.

I know someone that was driving while tripping on acid, and climbed into the backseat. Car drove through a fence, and witnesses told the cops that they saw him climb out of the backseat. He didn’t get in any trouble.
