Yep, a crash happened at a track, and just like every other crash at every other track the driver is responsible. TA-DA! I knew you’d get here eventually.

Same, but 48 year old me would just shrug and change the channel.

That’s a pretty surprising take from you. You want to ban As Is car sales because they fuck over people, but air pollution is a-ok, despite the exponentially higher number of pollution caused problems compared to broken car problems?

The color is fine.  The car is not.

“a reddish-brown color associated particularly with monochrome photographs of the 19th and early 20th centuries.”

Right, it’s the fault of the car it ended up on its roof. The driver was an innocent victim!

Sounds like the plot of a boring movie about a stripper that doesn’t know how to strip.

But we’re talking about auto insurance.  State Farm continues to exist, but not in the auto insurance industry, which this article is about.  Derp.

Yep, the more properties an entity owns (overall, not just being able to have sub-entities “owning”) the more property tax is, until it becomes impossible to rent them out because the tax is so high.

State Farm was bought by Liberty Mutual, which is on the list.

Medical Loss Ratio Rebates, if your health insurance doesn’t spend 80% on actual health care costs they have to refund a portion back to the insured. I actually qualified for one a few years ago, but I didn’t get anything back because my employer at the time paid 100% of my insurance so they got the refund.

It’s not about generational wealth anymore in much of the country. It’s about businesses buying up houses to rent them out, the more they buy to rent out, the more they CAN buy up to rent out. And AirBnb isn’t helping, it’s creating small businesses that buy up houses to rent out so they can afford to buy more houses

The non-existent one the Simpsons live in.

Yeah, kids riding an ebike with a foot of snow on the ground and traffic going between 40pmh and 60mph just feet away. Makes perfect fucking sense.

I’ll be at the stadium, but not for a game.

AirBnB owners are one of the driving forces of housing market inflation.  Houses are for living, not investments.

So pretty much all of them?

The finest pignorance that low IQ tests can buy.

Lucidicrous?

Next time I’m in San Francisco I definitely want a pic with Nelson’s Ha-Ha captioned as I point at Xitter’s building.
