Need to wrap tank treads around those wheels. That would be one quick all terrain and stealthy combat vehicle. If one motor fails or is shot up, you got redundant motors! Just wrap the whole thing in strong light kevlar and you're good to go...

I've been using SyncToy for backups, but this looks like a very light weight version that I'll have to try out.

OMG! Don't forget the spoof version of his commercial:

The grill and headlights of the current ford fusion reminds me too much of my 97 honda prelude and the fusion tail lights looks like a riced out 96 prelude...

Nice looking concepts. The subaru one kinda looks like the old Paseo and an Rsx gettin together. I like the swoopy toyota one more.

My old fwd 97 Prelude doesn't understeer or have torque steer and the nose goes where you want it when you mash the gas in a high speed corner. Then again, it is the Type SH edition that sends more torque and speeds up the outside front wheel. (a smart differential with electro-hydraulic clutches) Wet traction and

So is this like the old win-patrol?

@ Mykie, Seriously? You love your Alero so much that nothing out there piques your interest? Really? An Alero?

looks like an enclosed whitewater kayak on wheels...

What! No mention of the independent firm who already made a series hybrid mini last year? 0-60 in 4 seconds!!! It's just like the Volt, but with 4 in-wheel-motors and twice the performance. Ok, 80mpg isn't as good, but at least you aren't sol when you run outta juice on the hwy...

Mmmmm, donuts...

Mmmmm, baked potato with chives....

As a multimedia designer I slog through pages and pages of pics on [istock.com] for hours everyday. There are tons of subject matter categories that are lacking and I had always meant to break out the digicam and take care of that...

@RH77: Well the American TSX is just the regular Accord in other parts of the world. They probably feel that it's cheesy rebadging just like most of the posts here...

I built a similar thing for my cat box years ago when living in a dowtown apt. It used a tiny 12v graphics card fan, a junked plugin charger, and a smaller diameter vent hose. It wasn't automated and ran constantly, but was so low powered and quite that my cats didn't mind and it helped dry out the clumps too. Now I

100 hp per liter needs a turbo? Huh, 1st gen honda vtec engines were doing this like 10 years ago with just valve trickery...

Nice, but I really miss ListPic. It was a cool site that would allow you to browse CL listing by pictures. CL shut em down for advertising though...

Some of these were cool and some where exploring the bounds just bit too much. I was an industrial designer who dabbled in trans design for my master's thesis back in 02. What do you think of my concept: [phrancis.com] It's more sporty than practical, but I think it's definitely buildable. Yes it's a series hybrid

I like the desktop widgets, but don't need the hefty desktop indexing and search function. Can I just disable that part and save some memory?
