The Crosstrek/Impreza was really high on my research and shopping list the other year until I test drove it (even the MT version). It was too underpowered, yet lacked the MPGs interior space and price point to justify it. I went with the boring CRV instead. Sure, it doesn’t have a manual option, but it was roughly the

I’m not superstitious, yet don’t want to buy an old house where someone died - just in case.

Upgraded from a Honda Fit to a CRV because the Fit and previous Prelude and Civic were excellent small cars. I wanna be patriotic and buy domestic, but they’re not giving me a good reason to. BTW most Hondas are built in America - maybe even more so than “domestic” brands.

The “Breeze” is just the Chinese market version of the current gen CR-V.  The E-Prototype looks pretty clean and sleek - almost like an electric Mazda CX5.

The big fear with owning a Prius in an urban environment is catalytic converter theft... Some places are worse than others.

I’m still drivin a 1997 Prelude SH. Just as reliable as that Accord, but way more fun to row the gears and sling it around corners. As a cheaper daily drive that doesn’t drink premium, I had a silver 2nd gen Fit Sport 5MT, exactly like the picture. As an urban runabout, it’s hard to beat the economy, maneuverability,

The Honda Ridgeline seems pretty popular, so clearly there’s a market for this. I can see the Subaru Brat coming back LOL!!

Yes, the old Constitution class is pretty hokey looking by today's standards, but it was pretty innovative for the time.

which is awesome, but still came many years after - and that was his point...

Double standards - Apple apparently isn't some huge sue-happy monopoly and is just "enforcing" UI and security standards when they lock out competition...

very simple and practical advise...

When iPhones can run as much stuff in the background, custom UI's with as much animation, and live widgets with constantly updated information, then I might care about the slightly smoother response. If android phones only needed to deal with static shortcut icons and every app had been written for a small set of

Sweet! Great looking hardware for the money, just like Gateway when they first came out back in the pre-pentium days... Acer and Asus needs some competition in the stylish value segment anyways - and if Vizio's TVs are any indication of quality hardware for the money then I'm totally replacing my laptop with a future

I thought Ferrari cornered the flaming market...

that line (and theme song) came to mind when I saw the title of this article...

agreed, but don't forget that custom manufacturer's UIs and live widgets are a drain on droid phones...

Just got the HTC Vivid with dual core processor and ICS and it is smooth - even with the sense UI. Part of what makes iOS smoother on lesser hardware is lack of manufacturer "custom UI's" and the live widgets that you apparently love. That also explains crappier battery life on android phones...

tuner lugs - a lot of after market rims come with those. My cheap rims came with em...

Aww crap. Just bought a 2012 Fit Sport, just to learn that it's new wheel design is very sought after. Guess I'll be buying the wheel locks with the spinning outer wall...

I can't see the UK joining the US - they're way too proud and independent for that. I can see Canada doing it though. It's already the most US-like foreign country...
