I'll be getting one, the battery on my current Lite is on its last legs and it will be nice to have a bigger screen and longer stylus. It's just a shame we don't have a wider choice of colours, I quite fancied that lime green coloured Lite that Nintendo recently released....

Looking good, hopefully if this matches the quality of Legend and Anniversary it should be awesome.

I'd love a Bulk Slash sequel from Hudson (or at least an XBLAh release of the Saturn original).

That's a very disappointing line up of games compared to Sega of the Dreamcast era.

Good for Dude Huge, I completely agree with him. Back in the PS1 days the Dual Shock was excellent, especially the original grey coloured ones which had much smoother movement of the analogue sticks. From the PSOne onwards Sony made the sticks much stiffer to move which is one of the reasons I hate using them so much

Bullshit, MS just don't want their killer app on another platform. Remember when Epic were telling everyone that they're a PC company first and foremost?

Well I'm sure all the programmers who built the animation system and all the animators at Lionhead feel really good about themselves now...

I actually want to buy a PS3 at the moment for Wipeout HD, but I don't want a boring old black model, I want something a bit different. It's a pity Play-Asia won't ship to Europe after Sony shut Lik-Sang down (thanks very fucking much Sony).

Great list, but personally the best car in the GTA series for me is the Cheetah (although I think they renamed it to the Turismo in GTAIV, but it has the same great handling and Ferrari looks so for me it's the same lineage).

Having literally just completed the original Dark Forces on the PS1 and watched the CGI ending (couldn't be bothered messing around with the PC version to get the sound to work) I can totally agree that back in the '90s a sweet pre-rendered cut-scene was the cherry on the cake when finishing a level or game. I'd often

I was very impressed with what you wrote Brian, and it very closely mirrors how I feel about DRM.

Awesome, I just hope it gets released outside of Japan...

@Rika Aiuchi is SeXXXy: Me too. I've been wanting to replay Time Crisis 1 for ages now, it's one of my all time favourite games. Sadly I don't have a single screen in the house that can put out a picture the GunCon can use. I've even got a prototype GunCon for the occasion but no screen to play with it. I can't find

Shipping features after the game has shipped says all you need to know about these movie tie-ins. No doubt the developers were contractually obliged to have the game on store shelves for when the movie opened no matter how broken or unfinished it was.

It's got a kind of appealing retro look to it, doesn't it? I think my one reservation is that it's a 10" netbook, and I'd prefer the smaller 8.9" scale models like the Eee.

That's pretty cool, but I'd want Super Famicom colours on the buttons... ;)

So it's The Wizard but with Guitar Hero? Nice work Ratner! Still, could be worse, it could be Michael Bay.

I was kinda getting into the Women's Murder Club TV show when it got cancelled... Maybe I'll look into this if it looks like it will have more depth than your average casual game.

If this is a remake with the RE4 Wii engine (and since they're using that engine to power Dead Rising Wii they've obviously got confidence in it) then I'd be quite excited.

@z3ntn3l: I really don't know why everyone thinks something like:
