The thing the NFL owners don’t seem to get (and maybe the most clear point of Trump’s whole life) is that he views everything as a zero sum game. One person wins and one loses.
Take the USFL as an example, his end goal was to screw nearly every other owner with him taking one of the only wins in gaining an NFL team.

No, America clearly doesn’t know the problem because you’ve politicians talking about having fewer doors as a solution.

I have rented for almost 20 years, and have been in my current apartment since 2002. I have never had anyone come to inspect my apartment once. And if they did have reason to inspect anything—like the plumbing or heating or something—the idea that they would need to look in my closet is nuts. That’s not normal at all.

My wife and I self-manage our five rental investment properties and the only times we inspect the unit is if the Tenant complains about a maintenance issue, if we suspect that they are damaging the unit, before move-in to determine existing conditions, and after move-out to determine repairs and cleaning that shall be

Working in a property management firm, it is not our job or the owners job to inspect closets for things that shouldn’t be there, they should only be checking for damages. She has grounds for a lawsuit. As a renter you have rights, when you move in you should be given a booklet called Tenant Rights, you may not own it

Sorry but everything is worse in Florida... just kidding (not really)

We used an empty dorm room to rebuild a motorcycle freshman year.

When I rented for nearly 20 years, I never had a landlord even step foot in my apartment without a phone call instigated by me, let alone for a “routine inspection.” With roommates or alone, with pets or without.

I’ve never had a landlord inspect my apartment once in the 15+ years I was renting. I don’t think it’s normal at all.

She might as well give them her medical records with this overreach. She can sue them in a civil case.

We know there’s not a single rule written on any policy agreement for a property that states an ultrasound must be submitted as proof of pregnancy. So that’s bullshit lie #1.

This. There is so much shady bullshit going on with the property management, I don’t even know where to begin. I hope she wins her suit.

I’d like to say it was something innocent like “landlord looking to make sure there’s no signs of termites or mold or whatever” but this is the real world and it’s never something innocent like actually doing the job of a landlord.

Why...was this person “inspecting” her property and looking in her fucking closet?

The idea of robbing a bank did occur to me, but I didn’t factor in his facility with disguise. Bank robbing is a popular activity for revolutionaries, but illegals are far too valuable & invested to take such risks (they also wouldn’t be engaged in such lethal activities that P&E do often, but I’ll accept it for the

That day, for no particular reason, I decided to go for a little run.

She had to kill him. He would have told his girlfriend and he could provide information which, if combined with the investigation of the General’s “suicide”, could lead straight to Elizabeth. What got me was the look on Elizabeth’s face when she realized she’d have to kill him, her facade broke for just a second and

This is how I read it, as well, but I admit that I was watching this scene through my fingers.

Elizabeth was probably trying to stop him from committing suicide right up til it endangered her own life. With out him there is no clear path, or any real path, to the lithium Radiation detector. That’s not going to play well with the Dead-Hand cabal. Not at all.

That’s how I read it, as well.
