This is the first time the Focus RS has been AWD. It is not an established AWD nameplate anywhere on earth.

VFA-2 Bounty Hunters
The look is funky but I’m impressed with the wheelbase they’ve pulled out of that OAL. I’m disappointed at the height but given they’re doing it as a 2+2 they need a more upright front to fit the rear in so I can understand. I still think my FR-S is going to turn into a 17 or 18 Miata though.
Dunno, I don’t see evidence that it was codeveloped with another company anywhere?
Let’s face it - this is the same reason cars like the Miata or FR-S/BRZ get bagged upon. The obsession with the ability to go fast, to speak about high horsepower and low weight, independent of the skill to make use thereof. Would we all love a Panigale R? Sure. Do you NEED it - will you get killed in traffic because…
448 - 439 = 9? 9 << 20...
It’s only on importation of a vehicle from out of state or selling of a used vehicle that those are performed.
Oakley is a fantastic example because their stuff has always been made with unobtainium, clearly mined on Pandora or whatever the heck that moon from Avatar was called.
I don’t know how to do the quote formatting so...
Been a few years since I lived in SoCal but I always bought my helmets from Chaparral's wall'o'helmets in San Bernardino. It was always really nice to be able to try on every variety of helmet from every major brand. I've always been a Shoei guy though.
Clearly you’ve not experienced the power that is the Magnetic Lasso tool. It is like magic.
Feeling like I must be missing something here. The Belkin and Monoprice devices (only ones I've checked thus far) both say their current ratings for the USB ports are combined. That is - if I'm plugging in an iPhone and an iPad or whatever, they're going to charge at a rate approaching that of molasses. Are there any…
It really needed this to lead off...
Some quick Google-fu tells me a Panigale R is 395 lbs ready to ride but unfueled (i.e. has battery, coolant, oil; just no fuel in the tank).
They went from 2007 (or 2008; which is irrelevant) ZX-6Rs with no electronic rider aides whatsoever to the first gen S1000RR. Of course they reduced their crash rates. It has nothing to do with the bike having 60ish more horsepower and everything to do with power mods and sophisticated automatic traction management…
Last words: I would’ve liked to have seen Montana.
“a new V6 Camry would probably stomp a mudhole in most vintage 911s in a drag race”
The GT3RS is meant to be a track monster, so I think it's OK that it only has the PDK. I do think it'd be nice if the regular GT3 had a manual on offer. But I understand the desire to keep a single configuration.
Was in the UK two weeks ago. Parking garage in Cardiff just did OCR of the plate. To pay, when you came back from whatever you just punched in your reg number and it would tell you the fee. No tickets to deal with. It was pretty convenient. They should do that everywhere.
