Ned...Ryerson?

So I had a 2004 Pontiac GTO 4AT (at the time, I didn’t know how to drive manual, and I wasn’t ready to attempt to learn...though that’s since been remedied), bought new on my birthday in 2004. Phantom black on a black interior. I loved that car. I had it for four years; still the longest I’ve owned any car. In that

One might go so far as to say... inconceivable.

Thing is an RS3 is $65 - $70K before dealer markups, and the TTRS is $70 - $75K. So it’s not entirely comparable. Also, reviews suggest the TTRS isn’t as good on a track as a 718S, and the RS3 isn’t in the same league due to the greater weight. Power, sure, but not the same level of composure.

You’ve obviously not been paying attention for a while then. High end Jeep Wranglers have been mid-$40K for several years now.

That’s the factory stock headunit. It was updated in 2014.

May 4th and February 16th are only 77 days apart... That’s two and a half months.

My girlfriend and to work friends and I went to watch the first qualifying events on Friday in Pomona where they unveiled the car right in front of the stage line prior to it’s first run off the day, which they blew. Fastest run we saw was 334.xx twice from two different drivers. First time at the drags and it was

If you followed Salomondrin you’d know that, at least in the greater LA area, you can arrange for white doves to be released for whatever occasion. http://www.whitedoverelease.com Yeah, seriously.

Funnily enough I use mine as jack stands. That is to say, I jack my car up using the jacking points and then throw the ramps under the applicable tires. Works great for anything I’ve needed to do, save for suspension work and changing the tires themselves, obviously.

The destruction might in fact be very localized, limited to merely our own galaxy

I don’t disagree. But humans have, I think, a much higher failure rate than machines. And we don’t require redundancy, which was my point.

This idea instantly reminded me of the Lufthansa rockets mentioned throughout (the novel, dunno about the show) “The Man in the High Castle.” And of course the NASA Space Plane you wrote a different article about that was talked about near constantly throughout my childhood and then callously thrown away without my

In a human operated car, there is no redundancy for the human. The car doesn’t automatically stop if you are no longer able to control it. It becomes an unguided missile. And yet we’re still allowed to control them.

253 lbs lighter than the V12 is nothing to sneeze at. Nothing at all. And for my divisive input, if only they could make it a little less ugly. Though it does look good in white.

That’s a shame. I was really hoping to get to go again. It sure was fun for the first episode and the opening.

Speaking from experience...Detonators can be incredibly challenging to get right. The smallest change in a formulation can change the operating time, the specific impulse, all kinds of other parameters. It does not surprise me at all how long it is taking.

Overvalued? My hard work? Holy hell I wish I were. A $200K car is a major stretch goal made slightly possible only because of the extremely low local cost of living and the fact I bought a house right after the market crashed from a couple getting divorced. It is and will continue to be an incredibly foolish

God forbid someone who likes cars, driving, the sun and works hard to afford one actually gets one, right?

The problem with the F-Type though is it’s a heavy beast; this more than likely will not be. So it’ll be Ferrari’s version of the F-Type but better. Hopefully it’s cheaper than a Huracan.
