Im the same way. If I come to a show late, and catch up to it on streaming and then am able to watch it live, I'm pretty much ready for it to end then. I saw the first two supernatural seasons via dad's an ex girlfriend had, and as goofy fun as it was, I couldn't put in the time for a million more seasons. 

They abdicated coming up with a GOP national platform for the year, so I'm not surprised.  "We'll do whatever Trump says" is the party.

Caught up on The Unicorn via Netflix. It’s better than fine, but the jokes are less explosive than I expected, given the cast.

Same dark tower problem. It’s an opera of a spaghetti western, and they made it tiny, while talking about how grand the scope was in dialog.

Blessedly no, nobody in the SEC is “my” team.

My kid watched (and thus I watched) Halloween episodes of Supermonsters, Gravity Falls, and Ducktales. I tried to give blood Saturday morning, but the red cross (at least locally) was unable to use their computers, so my efforts to inject positivity into the universe are futile.

I was at the right, shitty age to rewatch League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and The Avengers over and over on HBO and Showtime in the late 90s, so those pop into my brain immediately. I also remember “you the man now, dog.”

I hope we’re still alive in 2021 to watch and get even more chico bon bon. The books are a delight.
