One of my go to comforts has been trash cooking competitions, but I can't watch competitions with competent chefs right now, or I won't observe good practices for avoiding the grocery store.

I wonder if we'll find out if truth is a defense.  (It is, but as long as it's not my money or time, I'm interested in seeing if he'll let discovery happen).

Is time for Worst Cooks in America 8 March 2020, the finale edition:

Joke Attempt 1: Dave Chappelle

I regularly ask my wife "how was you lamb?" And she has never seen Casino Royale.

Oh no. I hadn’t considered the most obvious outcome.

Remember “Stacked” the show about Pamela Lee working in a bookstore? What innocent times we were in.

Agreed. Life got in the way of watching this season live, but I'm glad we have a little bit left.

1. Selfie deserves more

I think for me the main issue is that it doesn't appear that Alton is equipped to teach people who have no previous training or drive to better their cooking. Their successes have seemed accidental rather than part of a curriculum well-executed. It feels like he has punished himself by participating in the competition

And for the penultimate time, the recap nobody asked for: Worst Cooks 1 March 2020:

All new FX domestic comedies will remind me of Married, and Judy Greer knowing that’s where I know her from.  I'll still give Breeders a try.

Magic the Gathering canceled one of their premier events in Italy, as well. I'm the only person in the AV club commentary community who cares, though.

I have the same concerns everyone else has, I guess, but I'm also ready as hell for this dumb show that spends as much time on technobabble as gun fights.

One of my friends is an artist who photographs nude models and sells the photos as part of her patreon. I want to support my friend’s art, but it feels weird to maybe see her naked since I know her. How do I ask an artist to only show me naked people I don’t know if I subscribe to her art?

I assumed it was a concern about trapped sweat and the like. I use a beard oil, though.

Wait, so the Amy Hoggart show is basically MBMBAM but maybe fewer clown boxes?

I didn’t realize how short the Girl Scout Cookie championship season would be that show was very much my brand.

I watched the first episode of Locke & Key. I was not in the right headspace for the particular way the bits of gore were presented. This does feel a bit more Buffy than CAoS.

Honestly, the thing I liked the most about this season/chapter/part is that the schools moved from the focus of her teenage life toward the background. Unlike the MJH Sabrina, seeing Sabrina display confidence and magical competence regularly is a delight.
