Several years ago at a sushi restaurant, I convinced my younger stepbrother that the wasabi was the Japanese version of a palate cleanser that you’re supposed to eat between the soup/salad and the main course. I then laughed uncontrollably when he popped the whole thing in his mouth.

That’s only because they didn’t ask me. My vote would have been a resounding “Aye!”

I, for one, am saddened by this news. My favorite segment of the Jamboroo will be no more.

I'll respectfully agree to disagree. I think if a player had the talent and longevity to warrant election to the Hall, then they should be entitled to make the decision. If they want to auction off the rights to which team is represented on their hat (and if it means that much to said teams to actually pay for it),
