The BFIB thing is 50% the BFIBers being annoying BFIBers and 50% people like you taking offense to crap that any other organization would say. I live in St. Louis. I understand the annoyance. I'm not defending the BFIB crowd. Yes. I am a Cardinal fan, but I'm merely speaking to what Matheny said. It was a generic response to a question that everyone knew would be asked. Not really much to get excited about.

Usually the anti-cardinal sentiment around here is pretty entertaining... but you're really trying to make this into something it's not. What did he say there that was out of line? Or was the only appropriate response a big belly laugh over something that is mildy funny?
