It's been that way for quite some time.

I’ve also been reading that mental health issues don’t really contribute to gun violence. I know that sounds counter intuitive, but the research seems solid. It suggests it is a triggering event that sets people off and not a history of illness. 

Unplug it and make it speak nothing would be the best idea.
